Business Analyst (End User Productivity Platform)

With 2023 revenues of $20\.4 billion, we are a Fortune 500 company who is committed to providing an inclusive work environment with continuous learning opportunities and development for our teams\. **GENERAL PURPOSE:** The End User Productivity \(EUP\) Platform Business Analyst works in conjunction with EUP Team leadership to manage change in Office 365 applications\. They are responsible for driving adoption of core Office 365 functionality, such as Microsoft Teams and OneDrive, as well as introducing new productivity and automation and generative AI \(artificial intelligence\) tools, when applicable\. This individual will focus on change management, building our network of Microsoft 365 Champions, managing application updates and releases, training, marketing and other areas that will help our internal users adopt technologies\. The base salary range for this role is $81,400 to $130,900\. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location\. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees\. Other rewards vary by position and location\. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:** • Manage business relationship and deliver activities, training and communications to our Office 365 Champions, as well as onboard and manage interactions with our membership • Track, analyze, and manage all updates and enhancement communications of Microsoft 365 apps • Collaborate on research and development of Microsoft AI tools, analyze and communicate use cases and best practices, and promote AI adoption throughout the organization • Manage End User Productivity Viva Engage Community and all other forms of communication, including global email communications and intranet communications • Manage and create SharePoint site and documentation for Microsoft 365 applications • Collaborate with other Business Analysts regarding Office 365 usage • Track and report on Microsoft 365 usage to leadership • Manage overall demand management for new project requests and determine the best solution for new requests • Possess project management skills to transition the aforementioned tasks and responsibilities from the research phase to the relevant stakeholders **COMPETENCIES:** **People** • Building Effect Teams \(for managers of People and Projects\) • Developing Talent \(for managers of people only, N/A for this role/level\) • Collaboration **Self** • Leading by Example • Communicates Effectively • Ensures Accountability and Execution • Manages Conflict **Business** • Business Acumen • Plans, Aligns and Prioritizes • Organizational Agility **QUALIFICATIONS AND SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED:** • 3\-5 years of Business Analysis or similar experience in information systems area • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Experience with cloud\-based application lifecycle and change management • Experience with Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, OneDrive, Office, Forms • Flexible, able to multi\-task and a self\-starter • Ability to work with all levels of the organization, including HR, senior leaders from Merchant, Planning and Store teams • Excellent presentation skills to present to senior stakeholders • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to understand, explain and illustrate industry concepts, product features and benefits • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and apply the gained knowledge to address business problems **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** • Retail industry experience • Experience training IT applications • Experience with Video Conferencing solutions **PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ADA:** This position requires the ability to work in an office environment, including using a computer, attending meetings, working as part of a team, and the ability to communicate with team members and others\. Regular attendance also is a requirement of the position\. This role requires regular in\-office presence, including attending in\-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback\.
