Business Analyst - DSP Program, DSP Program Team

Amazon is seeking Business analyst for its DSP Program team. The person will be responsible for managing reporting mechanisms and performance management charter in DSP program. He/She will also work with stakeholder teams to identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of processes. The job requires a person who has ownership to lead end to end process, good in excel, has good analytical skills to analyze data and check for scope to keep raising the bar. The person should also have good oral/written communication skills. Skills: - Proficiency in verbal & written communication in English - Knowledge of SQL, Python, Working on data tables and advance excel tools is mandatory - Good working knowledge of MS Office, MS Outlook - Ability to analyze and identify patterns in large data sets. - Decision making aptitudes based on given guidelines and in ambiguous contexts. Loop competencies Quantitative/data Analytical skills, Deep Dive Basic qualifications Graduation in any Discipline is required for this position - 1-5 years of experience in data-driven business operations processes – Business Process Outsourcing, Operations processes; Database management is an added advantage Key job responsibilities Your job responsibilities as a Business Analyst may include: - The role owner will be expected to analyze data to derive insights or trends, create dashboards and report outs for leadership. - Work across stakeholder teams to drive closure of action items and raise the bar on Amazon's data visualization and representation practices. - Effective vendor management and stakeholder management - Follow SOP, identify areas of opportunities and lead change management as per business requirement - Respond to stakeholders with guidance and flags any updates to Lead/Manager Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications - Experience with external customer interaction Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
