HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US? 

· Discovery & Requirement Gathering: Conduct discovery sessions and workshops to identify project pain points and key business objectives.

· Documentation & Repository Management: Gather and document all pre-delivery requirements, ensuring proper storage in designated repositories. Analyze gathered requirements to ensure they align with predefined standards, facilitating seamless delivery during the build phase.

· Project Monitoring: Liaise with the Delivery Team to monitor project progress, provide updates to relevant trackers, and ensure timely completion.

· Stakeholder Communication: Skillfully communicate with clients and stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

· Team Relations: Maintain good relations with the Delivery Team, serving as the bridge or mediator between the Product Team and the Delivery Team to ensure alignment and smooth communication.

· Data Analysis: Deliver data-driven insights and reports post-project completion at intervals of 30, 60, and 90 days.

· Administration and Strategic Alignment: Support the Product Manager and Business/Deployment Lead in any administrative or miscellaneous activities that align with the overall digital adoption program strategy.

 

 

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

· Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and deriving actionable insights.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Proactive & flexible mindset with a keen eye for detail.

· Strong oral and written English communication skills.

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when needed.

Preferred Skills (Advantageous, but not Required)

· Experience with UI/UX design principles.

· Background in IT or technical knowledge of jQuery, Display Conditions, Rules, HTML, iFrames, or similar concepts.

· Familiarity with WalkMe, Synthesia, or SAP EnableNow, or comparable digital adoption & content generation tools
