IQVIA is looking for a driven and analytically rigorous **Business Analyst** to join our Commercial Effectiveness Services (CES) team, based in Algiers You will play a central role in the design and delivery of data-driven commercial solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients across North, East, and West Africa. **What You'll Work On** + Customer targeting and segmentation (HCP and pharmacy) + Sales force structuring, sizing, and territory alignment + Incentive and target-setting modeling + Performance dashboarding and KPI tracking + Market and competitive analysis to support client decision-making **Main Responsibilities** + Collect, clean, and structure large datasets from multiple sources to build analysis-ready models + Conduct end-to-end quantitative analysis — from raw data processing through to synthesis, interpretation, and business recommendations + Build and maintain Excel models, Power BI dashboards, and structured PowerPoint deliverables for client presentations + Contribute to the delivery of multiple simultaneous client engagements across the Africa region + Support project proposals and client interactions under senior supervision **Required Profile** + Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — comfortable with ambiguity and able to translate data into actionable insights + Solid command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPoint + Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent + Proficiency in English (French and/or Arabic are strong assets for the Africa region) + 0–3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or a pharmaceutical/healthcare environment **Nice to Have** + Experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tools + SQL skills + Exposure to pharmaceutical commercial data (IMS/IQVIA syndicated data, CRM outputs) IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
