IQVIA is looking for a driven and analytically rigorous Business Analyst to join our Commercial Effectiveness Services (CES) team, based in Algiers You will play a central role in the design and delivery of data-driven commercial solutions for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients across North, East, and West Africa.

What You'll Work On

Customer targeting and segmentation (HCP and pharmacy)Sales force structuring, sizing, and territory alignmentIncentive and target-setting modelingPerformance dashboarding and KPI trackingMarket and competitive analysis to support client decision-making

Main Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and structure large datasets from multiple sources to build analysis-ready modelsConduct end-to-end quantitative analysis — from raw data processing through to synthesis, interpretation, and business recommendationsBuild and maintain Excel models, Power BI dashboards, and structured PowerPoint deliverables for client presentationsContribute to the delivery of multiple simultaneous client engagements across the Africa regionSupport project proposals and client interactions under senior supervision

Required Profile

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills — comfortable with ambiguity and able to translate data into actionable insightsSolid command of Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and PowerPointMaster's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalentProficiency in English (French and/or Arabic are strong assets for the Africa region)0–3 years of experience in consulting, analytics, or a pharmaceutical/healthcare environment

Nice to Have

Experience with Power BI or equivalent BI toolsSQL skillsExposure to pharmaceutical commercial data (IMS/IQVIA syndicated data, CRM outputs)
