Responsibilities

The Business Analyst in Clinical Transformation will play a critical role in supporting real-time issue resolution, stakeholder communication, and workflow improvement related to Clinical Transformation programs. This role provides end-to-end operational support, working closely with clinical end-users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure timely issue intake, validation, and resolution. The analyst will also support enhancement design, documentation, testing, and go-live coordination, while improving trust and transparency with market partners.

Serve as the frontline contact for program related issue intake, routing, and resolutionProvide real-time support to markets and internal teams, ensuring accurate issue tracking and timely feedbackValidate, replicate, and confirm problems before routing to the appropriate resolution teamCollaborate with help desk, IT, application support, and vendors to manage resolution workflowsCommunicate issue status and disposition to stakeholders, maintaining transparency and trustMonitor compliance with SLA expectations and escalate appropriatelySupport the full program data lifecycle: from native EHR entry through ADDG, SF, ADSI, and Registry systemsDocument user stories, business and functional requirements, and system enhancement requestsSupport the development of end-user documentation, training materials, FAQs, and internal knowledge base contentSupport clinical and business teams with ongoing training and adoptionManage or support projects ranging from small enhancement deployments to full go-livesTrack time and tasks using project tracking software (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Trello)

 

Evaluate, implement and maintain assigned business systems and applications.

Assist in evaluating proposals for data collection through an understanding of the functional area's business and applications needs.

Assist in planning and implementing activities required for the collection and analysis of data related to departmental business needs, including the development of data collection systems.

Maintain specific departmental data collection systems (eg , databases and spreadsheets) by troubleshooting problems, providing user support and education and promoting integration with other systems.

Develop and run basic queries and other data collection spreadsheets to support assigned business areas and organize them in a format for ease of review and use.

Distill business processes to key functions and create and document processes to identify opportunities to automate and/or improve an existing process.

Assist in conducting complicated and detailed analyses of data relative to the applicable business function.


Requirements

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences Bachelor degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 1+ years’ experience as Business Analyst or Implementation Analyst.Experience supporting clinical end users and operational teamsWorking knowledge of EHRs (Athena, Cerner, or Epic) and data reporting systemsFamiliarity with SQL or ability to analyze and interpret structured dataFluent in business process mapping and use of flow diagram software (Visio, SmartDraw, etc.)SQL development experience preferred but not requiredExceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong team orientation with excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational, project management abilities, strong analytical and problem-solving skill
