The Business Analytics Analyst is a developing professional role. Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. **Responsibilities** + Marketing analytics experience + Experience across different analytical methods like hypothesis testing, segmentation, time series forecasting, test vs. control comparison etc. + Predictive modeling using Machine Learning + Identifies data patterns & trends, and provides insights to enhance business decision making capability in business planning, process improvement, solution assessment etc. + Translate data into consumer or customer behavioral insights to drive targeting and segmentation strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings + Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities + Work closely with internal and external business partners in building, implementing, tracking and improving decision strategies **Qualifications:** + 2-4 years of relevant experience for candidates with Masters' degree; 4+ years relevant experience for candidates with Bachelors' degree + Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to work with cross-functional partners and team members **Education:** + Masters (preferred) in Engineering, Technology, Statistics, Economics or similar quantitative disciplines This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
