Job Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to add significant value to our business. We continue to grow extremely fast which poses both a challenge and opportunity to adjust our processes and use of systems which will help scale our business to even greater heights.
You will be responsible for examining existing and new systems for improvement, uncovering and reporting common issues, evaluating Back Office Finance performance, and recommending new system procedures along with transformational use of technology. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that technology delivers to the business needs, both strategically and tactically.

The Skills you will bring
Minimum 4 years of experience - Must have proven experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or Functional AnalystAnalytical and project/consulting experience within Information Technology/Financial Services Exposure to Back Office Finance Processes is advantageous (O2C, P2P, R2R, Financial Accounting)Strong ability to gather, document, validate & prioritise business requirements using structured techniques (e.g., interviews, workshops, process mapping)Demonstrated experience in process analysis and improvement, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutionsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to technical and non-technical stakeholders.Personal initiative to drive projects from inception, working through analysis and ensuring quality through requirements traceabilityConstantly open to new challenges and non-standard projects which may have an uncertain environment. Comfortable working across multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Achievements
