WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

 

Assesment Automation Initiative:
- Conduct High-level assesment and summarize the business case including  cost and benefit
- Discussion with Product owner and presentation to governance for the approval

Planning:
- Onboard and Engage with Partner for the assesment effort
- Working closely with IT architect for the finalization of effort and solution

Project Delivery:
- Process Analysis and Documentation: Perform in-depth analysis of selected processes and create relevant documents, such as the Process Definition Document (PDD), which outlines the current state of the process and the requirements for automation Including BCP discussion with business owner
- Defining Requirements and Test Scenarios: Define the business requirements and test case scenarios for the future state of automated processes.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with Solution Architects, Automation Developers, and Test Engineers to create implementation plans and ensure successful deployment of automation solutions.
- Validate the documentation from partner to make sure it's align with framework and Standard

Continuous Improvement: Continuously look for improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency and productivityProcess Analysis and Optimization:
Utilize process mining tools to analyze and map existing processes.
Identify inefficiencies and propose automation solutions to optimize workflows.
Process Analysis from data point (Process Mining, Task Mining)

 

 

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

 

Technical Capability: Have knowledge in Power Automate, Macro, Robocrop, AWS services, process mining technologyProcess Improvement: Experience in identifying and implementing process improvements through automation.Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess opportunities and measure outcomes.Innovative Solutions: A history of deploying innovative automation tools and technologies.Communication: Effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.Documentation: Creating detailed documentation such as Process Definition Documents (PDD) and user manuals
