Conducts basic operational analyses that supports informed decision making within the business unit under the direction of a Sr. Bus. Analyst Bus. Analyst I or immediate supervisor with mentoring and guidance. Key responsibilities include small to medium special projects quantitative and qualitative research process design and modification and report development. Applies standardized tools and techniques. 1 year related experience preferred. Bachelor's degree a plus. Design develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications ensuring comprehensive coverage and accuracy. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and define testing strategies. Perform manual and automated testing including regression testing to ensure product quality. Create and manage defect tracking documentation coordinating with developers for resolution. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies for higher efficiency. Develop and maintain testing scripts and test environments. Report on testing status metrics and KPIs to stakeholders as needed. Proven experience as a QA Tester or Quality Testing Engineer with hands-on experience in Salesforce a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus. Ability to adapt to new technologies and processes quickly.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $31.00/hr.
