As a Business Analyst specialising in artificial intelligence, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering a portfolio of internal AI products. You will elicit, analyse, and document business and data requirements, translating them into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Collaborating closely with data engineers, data scientists, and platform teams, you will ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business needs. Your responsibilities will include mapping end-to-end processes, supporting design and experimentation, managing risks and dependencies, and contributing to change readiness and continuous improvement. 3+ years’ experience in business analysis, artificial intelligence, data analysis, or a related field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and presentation abilities The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Experience working in a global and highly regulated environment, with familiarity in agile delivery and business analysis tools such as user stories and process mapping.
