Our culture of growth and empathy focuses on your long-term career development while valuing your unique skills and experiences. **Your role and responsibilities** The role supports the IBM Consulting Quality Team in ensuring adherence to corporate quality standards, delivery governance, and compliance requirements. The role is responsible for coordinating quality activities across projects, maintaining quality documentation, tracking key performance indicators, and supporting all RC/DE processes as defined by IBM Consulting. This position works closely with delivery teams, operations managers, and quality leads to ensure consistent execution of quality and risk‑management practices across the consulting portfolio. Key Responsibilities: • Support all RC/DE processes as defined by IBM Consulting quality and delivery governance. • Coordinate quality reviews, checkpoints, and approvals required for project delivery. • Maintain and update quality documentation, templates, and operational records. • Track and report key quality metrics across consulting projects. • Monitor compliance with IBM Consulting quality standards, delivery frameworks, and audit requirements. • Assist delivery teams in preparing necessary artifacts for quality reviews or audits. **Required technical and professional expertise** • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field. • Experience in quality operations, delivery governance, PMO, or consulting operations. • Ability to understand and follow IBM Consulting quality and delivery processes (including RC/DE processes). • Strong organizational and coordination skills with attention to detail. • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and track compliance metrics. • Effective communication skills for working with cross‑functional consulting teams. • Ability to manage multiple tasks under defined timelines. • Familiarity with IBM tools, templates, or delivery governance processes is an advantage. **Preferred technical and professional experience** Hiring manager and Recruiter should collaborate to create the relevant verbiage.
