**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Business Analyst, you will utilize your strong understanding and working experience with the SDLC to drive business outcomes. You will leverage your exceptional communication and analytical skills to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, liaising between lines of business and the development team. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, utilizing strong impact analysis and gap analysis abilities to ensure effective stakeholder management. • Stakeholder Management: Facilitate requirement workshops, managing stakeholders and users to ensure clear understanding of business needs. • Process and Use Case Mapping: Analyze business cases and create process and use case maps to guide technical and vendor teams. • Solution Delivery Support: Utilize your analytical skills to support the development team in delivering solutions that meet business requirements. • Communication and Liaison: Articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively, liaising between lines of business and the development team to ensure seamless collaboration.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
• SDLC Understanding and Experience: Exposure to the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with a strong understanding of its application in driving business outcomes. • Requirement Gathering and Analysis: Experience working with requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation, utilizing impact analysis and gap analysis abilities. • Process and Use Case Mapping: Exposure to process and use case mapping, analyzing business cases to guide technical and vendor teams. • Stakeholder Management: Experience working with stakeholders and users, facilitating requirement workshops to ensure clear understanding of business needs. • Analytical and Communication Skills: Exposure to articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively, liaising between lines of business and the development team.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
• Process Improvement Knowledge: Exposure to process improvement methodologies, analyzing business cases to optimize processes and guide technical teams. • Technical Team Collaboration: Experience working with technical teams, utilizing analytical skills to support solution delivery and ensure seamless collaboration. • Business Case Analysis: Exposure to analyzing business cases, identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimizing business outcomes.
