Requirements Gathering and document current business processes and workflows.Identify pain points and areas for improvement 2. Translate business requirements into clear specifications 3. Analyze data to identify trends and insights. Evaluate existing systems and processes for efficiency 4. Research industry best practices and benchmarks. Assess the impact of proposed changes 5. Recommend process improvements and system changes, create detailed business cases for proposed solutions 6. Design new workflows and business processes 7. Collaborate with technical teams on implementation approaches 8. Create clear reports and document business requirements and specifications **Required technical and professional expertise** 1. 2025 recent graduate with bachelor's degree. Preferred majors: Computer-related fields (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Communications & Information, Electronic Engineering) or Economics & Management fields (Supply Chain, Finance, Management) 2. Fluent Chinese and English Communication 3. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities 4. Basic knowledge of Excel and data analysis 5. Curiosity about how businesses work 6.
