Job Description

As a Business Analyst within the Continental Taiwan Sales Team, you will play a pivotal role in bridging data insights with strategic execution. You will not only provide the analytical foundation for our channel strategies but also work closely with the National Sales Manager (NSM) and cross-functional teams to drive sales performance, optimize trade spending, and lead process improvement initiatives across the organization.

【Main Responsibilities】
• Identify and discover business insight and opportunities through analysis and interpretation of consumer, category and shopper insight data.
• Implement analysis toolbox and standard reporting and lead field force to understand effectiveness and efficiency of sales activities.
• Closely work with key customers to understand market trend and consumer insight in order to seize opportunity.
• Strong financial acumen to deliver topline as well as bottom-line.
• Conduct regular sales run rate analysis and identify reasons of delta (especially weakness) from various angles.
• Classify dealers into Create dealers' quarterly and over-achievement target by seasonal curve development and achievement analysis.
• Generate simulation report on volume and achievement rate for rebate and multiple B2B promotional activities.

【Strategic Collaboration & Sales Planning】
• Channel Strategy & Budgeting: Partner with the NSM to develop RE PLT channel strategies and influence trade spending allocation to maximize ROI.
• Sales Performance Steering: Lead sales tracking across brands, dealers, and regions. Proactively identify trends and lead changes to ensure sales targets are met.
• Cross-Functional Integration: Collaborate with Marketing , RTD, and MDM teams to align sales forecasts with market demand and implementation plans.
• Process Excellence: Drive Continental Taiwan’s process improvement projects by coordinating with relevant departments to ensure seamless execution.

【Operational Support】
• Incentive Management: Manage precise calculations for rebates (NT$) and track quarterly/yearly bonus achievements.
• Sales Operations: Support the sales team with essential administrative applications, including price discounts, promotions, and ad-hoc reporting.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or an MBA with a focus on Direct Trade or Sales Management is preferred.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing analysis or related fields.
• Proven project experience in a multinational corporation (MNC), specifically in cross-functional process consulting and optimization (fine-tuning).
