Business Analyst
Group Scope:
The Business Analyst is responsible for supporting the delivery, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise applications across spanning Finance (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Supply Chain (SCM), with a primary focus on Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
This role works closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand business needs, document requirements, and contribute to the design and implementation of effective system solutions. The Business Analyst supports the full solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
The role also contributes to process standardisation, system adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring solutions are aligned with business objectives and compliant with relevant policies and regulations.
JOB OUTPUTS & REQUIREMENTS:
The Business Analyst will be responsible for:

Engaging with business stakeholders across Finance (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM), and Supply Chain (SCM), to gather and validate requirements, with a focus on Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.

Translating business requirements into functional specifications aligned to Oracle ERP capabilities and best practices.
?
Supporting the configuration and enhancement of Oracle ERP modules in collaboration with technical teams and partners.
?
Participating in end-to-end ERP solution delivery, including requirements gathering, system design, testing (SIT/UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support.
?
Performing process analysis and mapping (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report) and recommending improvements aligned to Oracle ERP standard functionality.

Supporting data migration, data validation, and reconciliation activities within Oracle ERP implementations or enhancements.
?
Troubleshooting Oracle ERP system issues, working with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely resolution.
?
Preparing and maintaining ERP-related documentation, including business requirements documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process flows.
?
Supporting user training, system adoption, and change management initiatives related to Oracle ERP.

Monitoring system performance and identifying opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement within Oracle ERP environments. REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
? Proven experience as a Business Analyst supporting ERP systems, preferably Oracle ERP or Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
? Hands-on experience or strong functional knowledge of at least one Oracle ERP module (Finance, HCM, or Supply Chain).

? Experience working across ERP implementation or support lifecycles (requirements gathering, testing, deployment, support).
? Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes within ERP environments (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, Record-to-Report).
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions.
? Experience in documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows within ERP projects.
? Good stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work with both business users and technical teams.
? Ability to manage multiple priorities in a structured and deadline-driven environment.
? Exposure to system testing (SIT/UAT) and defect management processes. EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS
? University degree or equivalent qualification.
? 2–5 years of relevant working experience (preferred).
? Oracle ERP / Oracle Fusion exposure or certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
? Understanding of cloud-based systems and enterprise processes is beneficial.
