We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team and support operational excellence across the organization. In this role, you will analyze business processes, uncover inefficiencies, and develop data-driven solutions that support strategic decision-making. You’ll work closely with leadership—including the President, COO, and CFO—and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design reporting tools, build KPIs, and ensure data accuracy across platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesConduct deep-dive analyses of business processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.Use Deltek and other reporting tools to extract, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.Develop performance frameworks and establish KPIs aligned with company goals.Create, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports for leadership and internal teams.Monitor business performance trends and recommend enhancements grounded in data insights.Work closely with cross-functional partners to assess reporting needs and implement data-driven strategies.Translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications.Ensure data integrity and consistency across all reporting systems.Present analytical findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.Support system testing, enhancement rollouts, and continuous improvement initiatives.Stay up to date on Deltek updates, BI trends, and industry best practices.Essential Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).5–10 years of experience in business analysis, performance management, or a similar role.Proven experience developing KPIs and managing performance dashboards.Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, macros preferred).Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.Deltek experience preferred.SQL knowledge preferred.Experience in the AEC industry or similar field required.Additional QualificationsStrong strategic thinking and analytical mindset.Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to support executive decisions.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Work Environment

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bartow, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $41.82 - $43.30/hr.
