How will you make an impact in this role?

We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive and business-oriented Data Scientist/analytics to join our team. This role is designed for technical expert who bridges the gap between advanced data engineering and digital strategy. The ideal candidate will not only manage complex databases but also master the digital conversion funnel. Identifying friction points and opportunities to optimize the user journey through data driven insights.

End to end Data Management: Design and execute complex queries using SQL and Python to extract, clean, and    codify large databases.End to end Data Management: Design and execute complex queries using SQL and Python to extract, clean, and codify large databases.  Digital Performance Analysis: Monitor and optimize the conversion funnel, identifying key drivers for acquisition, retention and churn.  Platform Mastery: Utilize Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics to extract behavioral data and translate it intro actionable business logic. Strategic Visualization: Create high-impact dashboards in Excel and BI tools that synthesize complex digital metrics for executive review. Proactive Problem Solving: Act as a collaborative partner across teams to identify revenue-driving opportunities and solve operational bottlenecks.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience Level: Junior (3+ years of experience or relevant internships)

Education: Bachelor´s or Master´s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Marketing engineering or a related field.Languages: Professional proficiency in English.Technical skills: Advanced Python and SQL.Tools: Expert level in Excel (advanced modeling) and familiarity with Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics.
