As a Business Analyst within the Data Insights & Analytics (DI&A), you will play an important role in delivering data-driven insights to support strategic business decisions. This position focuses on measuring important metrics, balancing direct and indirect retail, and collaborating across global and market teams.
Your Day-to-Day:
Developing and maintaining frameworks aligned with market objectives, including leading and lagging benchmark indicators.Ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and quarterly performance reviews for important metrics.Performing reconciliation processes for the commercial universe, optimizing retail footprint using data-driven models.Segmenting Points of sales (POS) based on potential and infrastructure needs; apply global solutions for automated data refresh and compliance.Processing and analyzing datasets from multiple sources to ensure completeness and accuracy of the data.Maintaining data models and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel.Collaborating with DI&A communities to implement procedures, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.Delivering engaging reports and actionable insights to partners through visualization tools and presentations
Who We’re Looking For:
University degree or equivalent experience in Statistics, Business Information, Economics, Informatics or related field.Strong understanding of data governance principles and data quality management.Experience in crafting benchmarks and analyzing retail performance.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Strong attention to details and quality review of deliverables.Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bulgarian.Great teammate with high level of agility and customer centricity.Excel, Power Pivot for Excel, Power Query for Excel.POWER–BI or similar working will be considered as an advantage.
