Description We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Franklin, Tennessee. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming complex data into actionable insights through advanced visualization techniques. This position offers opportunities for growth and the chance to collaborate with business leaders and clients to deliver impactful solutions. While initially on-site, there is potential for a hybrid work model after the first year. Responsibilities: • Partner with business leaders to design and develop insightful data visualizations tailored to their needs. • Assess and analyze business processes to identify opportunities and requirements for improvement. • Establish and manage efficient workflows for deploying dashboards to multiple clients. • Define and implement data architectures and retrieval processes to optimize performance of visualizations. • Create, manage, and maintain comprehensive reports, dashboards, and scorecards. • Ensure dashboards and reports meet high standards of performance, quality, and responsiveness. • Continuously research and apply emerging trends and best practices in data visualization and analytics. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of metrics and goals. • Travel to client locations worldwide to provide tailored solutions and support. Requirements • Proven experience in business analysis, including process evaluation and improvement. • Strong skills in reviewing documents and conducting gap analysis. • Proficiency in analytics tools and techniques. • Ability to design and create dashboards using advanced visualization tools. • Familiarity with data architecture and optimization strategies. • Demonstrated capability in using analytical software to interpret and present data. • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. • Willingness to travel internationally for client engagements as needed.
