Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support the modernization of a legacy custom application. This initiative includes upgrading the current technology stack, migrating to the cloud, and transitioning from a traditional waterfall approach to an Agile environment. The Business Analyst’s primary focus will be driving the modernization effort by gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders and translating them into clear technical specifications—such as user stories, process flows, wireframes, and swim lanes—for delivery to development teams. Additionally, the BA will help guide the team, maintain a comprehensive knowledge base and documentation repository, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders. Beyond modernization, this role will also include traditional support responsibilities, such as documenting and guiding bug fixes, enhancements, and other ongoing application updates to keep systems running smoothly and efficiently. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of BA experience primarily working within application development Extensive experience working in an Agile environment Expert knowledge and hands on skills with JIRA Experience working with onshore and offshore resources Experience working in design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
