Job Description Insight Global is looking to add a Business Analyst to support a leading telecom client to assist with the migration from Cherwell to Ivanti, the IT Systems Analyst is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating information technology systems operations to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs. This role acts as the primary liaison between end-users and engineering/development teams, translating business requirements into formal technical deliverables. Key responsibilities include identifying, documenting, and tracking system issues, recommending improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience, and ensuring smooth communication between technical and business stakeholders.
