Job DescriptionAct as functional coordinator for cross country and cross application development and deployment projects in USAct as functional and technical soundboard to translate business requirements into US IT Solutions and give detailed judgement on business complexity and promote simplification/unificationAct as a liaison between business users, IT developers and support staff throughout the entire lifecycle of the projectElicit requirements using interviews, system and document analysis, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios and business analysisContribute to process and concept re-engineering projects that result IT Solutions harmonizationEnsure that the functionality of Solutions/systems is used in the most appropriate way to support the processes using best practice approachAlign with local key users, lab managers and BU managers on how to use the Eurofins solutions/systemsPerform gap analysis and document detailed functional specifications for common and for segment specific modulesDocument business processes and workflows, and analyze how Solutions can be delivered to support those processes and workflowsDiscuss with the module/project owners what specific functionality (or add-on) is to be developed and make recommendationsFor business requirements that span multiple Eurofins applications, support the Business Requirement owner to break down into well defined/scoped user requirements, to evaluate impact of requested changeEnsure documentation writing and training to power usersMonitor benchmark and promote the use of IT SolutionsAssist in the development of high-level project scope, deliverables and milestonesAssist in the preparation of detailed project plans, including timelines with skill set and resource assignmentsOther duties as assigned

Qualifications

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Strong analytical and project management skillsStrong interpersonal skills that allow for moving comfortably in a business environment and to interface with all levels of customers and staffProficiency in capturing process flows and business requirementsAbility to communicate effectively with the business users and understand their needs and propose solutions in conjunction with solution architectsAbility to work with both technical and leadership team members to resolve issues and satisfy needsDetail oriented with effective communication skillsSelf-Motivated and leader of initiativesExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong time management skillsWillingness to travelLaboratory experience and knowledgeStrong interest in IT Solutions and related areaIT knowledge a plus

The Ideal Candidate would possess:

3+ years of experience in as business analyst, programmer analyst, software test analyst and/or QA analyst

3+ years of combined technical and functional business experience

3+ years of laboratory experience or equivalent, Or any combination above

Basic Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field

Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional Information
