Business Analyst
As the Solutions Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting long-term strategies to improve service operations. You will guide daily management activities, contributing to large-scale initiatives, conducting complex analyses, and addressing challenging issues. **Your role:** + Focuses on identifying trends and issues to drive operational excellence. + Leads day-to-day management activities, applying problem-solving techniques to overcome challenges. Actively seeks opportunities for continuous improvement across service operations. + Manages large-scale changes or upgrades to service processes and systems, ensuring minimal disruption and strategic alignment. Transforms analytical findings into actionable plans for measurable performance. + Ensures adherence to regulations, policies, and service standards to maintain quality and compliance. Handles complex complaints and escalations with precision and timely resolution. + Sharing best practices and guiding process improvements. Prepares and delivers comprehensive reports on service performance, supporting informed decision-making and operational efficiency. **You're the right fit if:** + You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in working with large data sets and interpreting and translating those into reports or visuals to be used for decision making. + Your skills include: + Strong knowledge of Excel, Power BI, Power Query and SQL. + Proven ability to create, analyze, and administer complex reporting. + You have a Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Education in Operations Management, Service Management, Engineering, Mathematics, Science or 4+ years equivalent data and reporting experience. + You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position. + You’re an excellent communicator with the ability to interact with different levels within the organization. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
