Job Description This Business Analyst will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role involves gathering requirements, designing workflows, and ensuring successful implementation of ServiceNow modules to optimize IT service management (ITSM) processes. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 2–3 years supporting ServiceNow. Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and Agile methodologies.
