Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, with at least 2–3 years supporting ServiceNow. Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform and Agile methodologies.
