Description Project Description: The DMR (Data Management and Reporting) Team is moving from a pure project team to a 50/50 BAU/Operations and project team. The team is looking to upskill their business analysis capabilities to drive their major initiatives. Core Responsibilities - Plan and coordinate projects tied to organizational requirements or change initiatives. - Gather business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other elicitation methods. - Serve as a bridge between IT, end users, and managers at various levels. - Ensure alignment across business units and support teams. - Translate high-level objectives into detailed specifications. - Support QA in test planning and execution; assess change impacts and communicate effectively.
