Pay Rate: $70 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking to hire a Sr. Business Analyst - ESG Compliance & Data Analysis for a full-time contract.

This is a Hybrid role based in Toronto, with 3 days in office per week. Must-Have Skills 7-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst (experience with a Big 5 Bank preferred). Proven experience conducting data and gap analysis to drive business decisions. Hands-on experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and post-implementation validation. Experience with regulatory or compliance initiatives (OSFI B-15 exposure is an asset). Proficiency with SQL and SAS for data analysis, navigation, and quality assessment. Strong ability to develop Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), process flows, and functional specifications. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Nice-to-Have Skills Understanding of ESG landscape and regulatory frameworks. CBAP certification or equivalent business analysis credential.
