Summary

We are looking for a capable business analyst who has knowledge of trade finance and preferably in Factoring business.

Duties & Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering for New Change Request.Creating FSD for the Change Request.Discussion on the FSD with Client and reverting on queries raised by client on FSDFollowing up for Sign-off on the FSD.Explaining the documented Change request to Developers and QA’sHelping QA Team to give DEMO to client after Change request in deployed in UATMonitoring issues raised by Client in UAT and conveying the same to internal TeamAnswering queries raised by Client through mail or over mobileConnecting to Client in Daily Standup call for project discussionImparting knowledge of already live functionality to both Client and Internal teamProviding Demo of Factorin product to new customers.

Competencies

Good communications skills with customers, team and stakeholdersGood knowledge in banking and trade finance.Basic knowledge of Factoring business.Good documentation skill.Basic knowledge of SQL.

Experience

5+ Years of total experience as a business analyst in banking or trade finance domain.Experience in working with domestic ClientsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
