We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Business Analyst to join our team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations that support operational efficiency and strategic growth.
Your future duties and responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document, and analyze business requirements
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Develop and maintain business process models, workflows, and documentation
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Support project management activities including timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and interviews to elicit requirements and feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field-and/or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, AI/Machine Learning tools)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English
- Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholder expectations
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or equivalent) considered an asset
