About The RoleThe role is for a Business Analyst (BA) to join a channel enablement team focused on delivering a seamless, omni-channel client experience across all client-facing systems, including app, branch, and other interfaces. The BA will specifically assist with integrating business banking clients into the credit journey, ensuring they receive the same experience as retail clients.
Education (Minimum) A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis Knowledge and Experience Preferably a minimum of three years of experience in business analysis, with a strong emphasis on analytical skills and independent problem-solving. Experience in finance or credit is highly preferred, though not strictly required if the candidate has strong analytical skills and can adapt quickly. The main responsibility is to support the integration of business banking clients into the credit journey, enabling them to have the same omni-channel experience as retail clients. Strong communication skills to effectively gather and verify requirements from stakeholders. Building and managing relationships with business banking stakeholders and clients to support this integration Strong analytical skills to create comprehensive requirement specifications and ensure thorough testing and validation.
