The BA will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, solutions are aligned with business goals, and projects are delivered successfully. This role requires a mix of analytical expertise, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: * Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements * Translate business needs into clear specifications for development, testing, and implementation teams * Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions with cross-functional stakeholders * Support solution design discussions and provide insights on process optimization and system improvements * Develop process flows, business cases, use cases, and user stories as needed * Assist with testing activities, including test planning, test case creation, and validation of results * Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps in requirements, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues * Provide continuous consulting support throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment with evolving business needs
