**DESCRIPTION**
As a **Business Analyst** , you’ll be the strategic force behind data-driven decision-making and sales planning. You’ll lead shopper marketing and connect commerce measurement initiatives using proprietary frameworks, transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive growth and innovation.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **Lead analytics strategy** for shopper marketing and connected commerce, acting as a trusted advisor to clients.
+ **Own measurement initiatives** end-to-end, delivering consultative insights that influence future strategy and demonstrate business impact.
+ **Develop compelling narratives** from complex datasets to build trust and guide client decision-making.
+ **Enhance sales performance** through strategic presentations and insights that unlock incremental revenue opportunities.
+ **Leverage syndicated and custom data tools** to uncover trends, evaluate promotions, and optimize trade fund allocation.
+ **Collaborate cross-functionally** with sales executives and business partners to align analytics with operational goals.
+ **Streamline reporting processes** by developing templates and best practices for recurring analyses.
+ **Champion innovation** in category management, space planning, and product evaluation to support strategic business planning.

**Education & Experience**
+ Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
+ 0–5 years of experience in consultative analytics, business planning, or shopper marketing.
+ Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
**Technical & Analytical Skills**
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
+ Familiarity with syndicated data analysis tools and other relevant software platforms.
+ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, compelling narratives.
**Certifications**
+ Certificates of Achievement in data analytics, business intelligence, or related disciplines are preferred.
**Communication & Collaboration**
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
**Work Environment & Travel**
+ Office-based role with occasional travel for client presentations and strategic meetings.
**Language Requirements**
+ English fluency required; bilingual skills may be beneficial based on business needs.
