Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Jupiter, FL. Duties: * Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, mainly product owner and business users of the organization, making sure that everyone's perspectives are considered and addressed; This involves engaging with various stakeholders, including managers, team members, clients, vendors, business users - effectively managing their expectations, ensuring continuous communication, and acting as a liaison between product owner, users and developers * Senior business analyst is expected to plan and facilitate workshops and meetings, helping stakeholders identify problems and understand needs and guiding them through the decision-making and change management processes * Work as first layer of tester, sometimes, before the product owner, and identify issues/bugs and reporting them in timely manner; Sometimes, need to work one on one with specific developer; Assist in additional testing requests by the product owner * Must show keen interests learning various IT Nuclear products/applications, domain knowledge; Must be willing to learn on Nuclear Work Management Application suites, NAMS (Nuclear Asset Management System) application and tools
