As a Business Analyst (BA), you will work closely with clients, product owners, and development teams to define, refine, and shape requirements for digital platform projects such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other CMS solutions.
You will play a critical role in bridging business needs and technical execution—ensuring that requirements are well-understood, prioritized, and delivered into development in a way that enables high-quality, scalable digital experiences.
This role is delivery-focused: translating requirements into actionable user stories, managing backlog grooming, and supporting development teams with clarity and alignment throughout the sprint cycle.
Responsibilities
Translate high-level business objectives into clear, actionable requirements. Write and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Groom and prioritize product backlogs in partnership with product owners. Facilitate workshops to validate requirements and align stakeholders. Support development teams with clarifications and requirement adjustments during delivery. Collaborate with QA to ensure test cases align with acceptance criteria. Contribute to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in digital platform delivery (ideally CMS / AEM). Strong skills in requirements gathering, user story writing, and backlog management. Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban). Understanding of CMS concepts such as templates, components, content workflows, and personalization. Ability to communicate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience with collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to simplify complexity.Personal:
