Kforce has a client in Tallahassee, FL that is seeking a Business Analyst to be a member of the PALM remediation team. They will be expected to work across multiple business units to perform business and detailed systems analysis activities and tasks. The BA will coordinate with subject matter experts to document requirements. They will also develop test plans, perform test/quality assurance activities and closely coordinate with other remediation team members. Responsibilities: * Research and understand business processes and their inter-relationships * Document and diagram business and system processes and dependencies between them * Research and document impacts on agency business systems in relation to the PALM implementation * Facilitate joint analysis workshops with the business units * Gather and document business and technical requirements as user stories in Azure DevOps and other tools * Manage backlog and work items using Azure DevOps * Coordinate with Development and QA teams * Develop Test Plans and Test Cases * Coordinate testing and quality assurance efforts * Perform oversight reviews of deliverables for compliance with department standards
