Job Description Insight Global is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support a high-performing payments team during a strategic Debit Modernization initiative for a leading bank headquartered in downtown Toronto. This initiative is part of a broader transformation program aimed at modernizing the bank’s debit product offerings and enhancing its digital payments infrastructure. The project involves a comprehensive replatforming effort that spans across project management, product development, and technology integration. The Business Analyst will play a critical role in bridging business and technical teams, ensuring that user requirements are accurately captured, documented, and translated into actionable deliverables. This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role requiring strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to produce high-quality documentation and process flows. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years as a business analyst. • Banking experience (payments preferred) • Proficiency in Word, Visio, and PowerPoint • Ability to produce high-quality documentation, process flows and presentations • Strong soft skills and stakeholder engagement capabilities • Debit Modernization experience.
