Job Description • Oversee budgets for prototype parts, vehicle orders, personnel headcount, and purchase service orders. • Deliver data-driven insights and reporting delivering for the Director. • Align staffing plans with corporate strategy over a 5-year horizon. • Ensure budgetary alignment and strategic resource allocation. • Manage agendas, seating arrangements, town hall coordination, and administrative tasks. • Monitor and report on KPIs across the Director’s organization (approx. 34–35 metrics). • Conduct data validation and dashboard integration for performance tracking.
