We are hiring a Business Analyst for an International Organisation in Warsaw and various locations around Europe.
Main Responsibilities Models and documents value chain/streams, business processes, roles, capabilities and data.Elicits and analyses business needs, requirements and user stories,Supports business experts and product owners during definition of requirements and software developmentMaintains and tracks requirements/user stories in systems lifecycleTransfers business, users and technical needs into business requirements specification,Maps business goals, project benefits, priorities, components, system featuresAnalyses available systemsSupports identification of options for potential solutionsSupports preparation of business cases and feasibility studiesContributes to systems design, testing, quality assurance, change management.Responsible for designing, validating, and testing business processes for achieving business process excellenceResponsible for taking a holistic approach in the planning and managing of a programmes for continuous improvements of business processesResponsible for coaching staff on upcoming changes, ensuring that a plan is in place to teach new skills and/or process changesCollaborates with owners of end-to-end processes to continually seek out process improvementsIdentifies opportunities for business process improvement leading to improved customer service, lower costs, or higher revenue (effectiveness and efficiency gains) Communicates project objectives, business case, requirements, and scope to all stakeholders, in order to better provide rapid responses to business needsQuantitatively analyses business processes, performing cost-benefit and what-if analysisPlans organizational changes processImplements performance monitoring systems for business processesSupports business users in developing strategic and tactical plans (e.g. sector strategies, implementation plans etc.)Supports definition of transition roadmaps for business architecture Successful CandidateLEVEL OF EDUCATION
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant ICT field is mandatory
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES
At least 2 certifications among:
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalentCertified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalentRr equivalent certifications recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Participated and has experience in a project aimed business processes improvement or redesignParticipated and has experience in the role of Business Analyst in a project aimed at analysis, design, implementation and deployment of ICT Solution that enabled multilevel, multistakeholder reportingExpert in organisation and managament of workshops, and has experience and knowledge how to prepare and conduct structure/ustructured interviews (incl. designing questionnaires)Has experience in preparing and conducting market studies/researchHas experience in business change managementHas experience in business architecture (organization, value streams, capabilities, business processes, information) modeling and/or analysis Being familiar with formal business process management methods such as Lean, Six SigmaBeing familiar with the BABOK (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge) framework About the CompanySerco is a leading provider of public services.
