Kforce is looking for a Senior Business Analyst for one of our large clients local to the Atlanta area. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis and data/analytics, supporting a fast-moving team that is implementing new reporting and analytics capabilities. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, creating BA artifacts, ensuring traceability, and driving program implementation - while also bringing domain knowledge in reporting and data to add credibility with both business and technical teams. Responsibilities: * Gather, document, and trace requirements using BA best practices (user stories, BRDs, process flows, traceability matrices, etc.) * Support program implementation from requirements, design, testing, delivery, ensuring business objectives are met * Partner with data engineers, BI developers, and analytics teams to define metrics, reporting needs, and data requirements * Bring reporting and analytics expertise to conversations - understanding how metrics are defined, how reporting layers (integration/semantic layers) are built, and how dashboards translate into executive insights * Create clear, compelling presentations and deliverables for executive stakeholders, translating technical details into business value * Identify opportunities for process improvement in reporting workflows and requirements practices
