Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Platform as a Service (PaaS) team. This role is critical in supporting the migration of enterprise SaaS applications to a new infrastructure. You will work closely with project managers, product managers, and engineering teams to capture requirements, drive clarity, and ensure successful delivery of platform initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Lead stakeholder interviews and facilitate requirement-gathering sessions (up to 20 participants) * Translate business needs into clear, actionable Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for engineering teams * Navigate ambiguity and proactively identify missing information or gaps in requirements * Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure alignment across stakeholders * Support cross-functional teams by providing clarity and continuity throughout the project lifecycle * Utilize Jira and Confluence to manage requirements, documentation, and project tracking Collaborate with project managers across multiple workstreams, including * Migration from Hyperflex to UCM * Infrastructure observability enhancements * Transition to a new ServiceNow instance
