Job Description Elicit and document requirements using Agile methodologies, tools, and techniques to articulate business needs.  Distinguish user requests from the underlying true requirements.  Analyze and validate information gathered from multiple resources, reconcile conflicts and obtain stakeholder approval.  Document current and future states using process map diagrams, cross-functional flowcharts and other supporting documentation.  Troubleshoot project deployment and environmental issues; perform root cause analysis and drive to resolution.  Evaluate current business processes and system capabilities, identify opportunities (process or systems) and analyze potential solutions to support business goals and objectives.  Perform other duties as assigned to support business objectives and strategic corporate goals.  Partner with and support various stakeholders to understand processes, systems, challenges and goals:  Partner with the business to identify business needs, problems and opportunities.  Partner with operations support team to ensure effective transition to support.  Support Quality Assurance when required in defining and executing test plans, coordinating user acceptance testing and ensuring the solution satisfies requirements.  Partner with internal development resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements.  Support a culture of continuous learning.  Develop and champion IT project processes and procedures using Agile best practices.  Contribute to overall team effort by supporting other work not described here as required.  Understand data conversions and help define data models.
