Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities :
Join a team that drives business insights, improves decision-making, and supports strategic initiatives through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration.

 

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders

Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for process improvements and solution implementations

Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using BI tools

Ensure data accuracy and integrity in reporting systems

Analyze billing data and ensure accuracy in invoicing and cost allocation

Track and manage TNS (Total Net Sales) records and updates

Support billing audits and resolve discrepancies in coordination with finance teams

Create and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and data management

Qualifications

Educational qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience :

 

5-8 years of experience in business analysis or similar roles

.

Mandatory/requires Skills :

Strong understanding of business process mapping and improvement

Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

 

MS Excel – Advanced (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)

MS PowerPoint – Advanced (presentations for stakeholders)

 

 

 

 

Preferred Skills :

Good working knowledge of MS Office tools

Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar is preferred

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
