This Position reports to:

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the Medium Voltage Switchgear Unit in Brno.

You will be mainly accountable for:

Work on internal development projects within our Process Engineering team. 

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and contribute to the realization of our strategic initiatives. 

Analyze data and processes to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to support decision-making. 

Support the development and optimization of business processes, tools, and systems. 

Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications for the role

Education: Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 

Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 

Hard skills: 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 

Experience with process mapping, data analysis, and project management tools. 

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), ERP systems, and other business analysis tools. 

•  Soft skills: 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. 

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. 

Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
