The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project management, and technical implementation, with a focus on banking systems. They will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and testing activities to ensure a successful implementation and integration of the new Core Banking System. **Required technical and professional expertise** Key Responsibilities: * Analyzing and documenting business requirements. Strong collaboration with client and IBM development teams. Translating business requirements in technical requirements, documenting them. * Collaborating with project management team * Developing use cases and test cases * Identifying customization requirements * Parameterizing the system * Designing and implementing interfaces * Supporting data migration * Supporting testing (integrity, exploitability, resilience, performance, cybersecurity) **Preferred technical and professional experience** Skill Requirements: * Minimum of 8 years in business analysis, with a focus on banking systems * Strong understanding of core banking processes and regulatory requirements * Strong knowledge of Core Banking implementation (knowledge of Temenos Trasact preferable) * Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and project management principles * Experience with system integration, interface development, and data migration * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills * Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment * Commitment to ongoing professional development IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
