Vascular Access – Built on a history of innovation, our Arrow® brand of technically advanced vascular access devices are renowned throughout the world. Position Summary

A highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our Commercial Operations team within the Medical Device division. In this role, you will assist the Business Intelligence Manager in supporting sales forecasting, pricing analysis, commercial reporting, and business planning. This position is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to develop strong analytical skills in a dynamic and mission-driven healthcare environment.

Principal Responsibilities Sales Data Support & Forecasting Assistance
•    Collect, clean, and organize sales data to support forecasting and planning activities.
•    Assist in updating demand planning models and templates.
•    Help track actual vs. forecasted performance across product lines and regions. Reporting & Dashboard Maintenance
•    Create basic Excel reports and visualizations to support regular performance reviews.
•    Help maintain and update commercial dashboards under the direction of senior analysts.
•    Monitor key metrics such as sales volume, pricing trends, and territory performance. Pricing & Promotions Support
•    Assist with organizing and maintaining price lists, promotional trackers, and contract data.
•    Conduct basic pricing comparisons and promotional ROI summaries as directed.
•    Help document tender and pricing information for compliance and audit support. Commercial Operations Coordination
•    Support ad hoc data pulls and analysis requests from Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.
•    Assist in preparing slide decks and summaries for internal business reviews and planning sessions.
•    Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand the commercial planning cycle. Learning & Development
•    Gain hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and BI tools (Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, etc.).
•    Learn to interpret business performance data in the context of medical device sales, distribution, and customer engagement.
•    Receive mentoring and career development support from senior team members. Education / Experience Requirements

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related field.
•    1–3 years of relevant experience (experience may be from internships or co-op in analytics, marketing, or sales ops).
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a basic understanding of data analysis.
•    Strong interest in healthcare, life sciences, or medical technology.
