Our finance domain team is looking for a skilled business analyst to join our ranks and help our clients succeed with their projects. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to secure solutions that align with business objectives.
Your future responsibilities:
• Engaging with business stakeholders to clarify their needs and write specifications based on them.
• Collaborating closely with IT teams.
• Creating comprehensive documentation—user stories, process flows, business requirement documents.
Required qualifications:
• At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with web accessibility standards and compliance.
• Strong understanding of the finance domain, with banking knowledge as a major advantage.
• Great communication and team skills—ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Good command of the Estonian and English languages.
• EU citizenship & clean criminal record.
