Description
Bill Watts at Robert Half is seeking a mission-driven Project Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives that support the growth, compliance, and operational effectiveness of our clients Health programs. This role will oversee a range of projects—from program launches to compliance improvements—ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our organizational goals and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Plan, manage, and execute cross-functional projects related to AFC, group homes, and behavioral health programs.
+ Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and compliance teams to ensure programs meet state and federal requirements (e.g., Medicaid, DMH, DPH).
+ Develop detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
+ Monitor project performance, track key deliverables, and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
+ Coordinate internal and external stakeholders including case managers, caregivers, clinicians, and regulators.
+ Prepare reports and presentations for leadership on project status, outcomes, and performance metrics.
+ Support the development of new services, facilities, or technology tools to improve care delivery.
+ Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices across the care continuum.
+ Ensure adherence to HIPAA and other applicable confidentiality and privacy standards.
Requirements
+ Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Behavioral Health, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).
+ 3–5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, human services, or nonprofit environments.
+ Strong understanding of clinical workflows, care coordination, and service delivery in community-based settings.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
+ Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
+ PMP certification is a plus but not required.
