We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team in a role that offers the opportunity to build strong cross-functional relationships and gain hands-on experience with talent management systems. This position is focused on supporting Talent Management COE tools and offers meaningful insight into succession planning processes.
ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary project manager and liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams.Oversee initiatives from requirements gathering through to implementation.Understand and translate opportunity areas and problem statements into clear, actionable business requirements.Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate focus groups to ensure the end-user experience aligns with business needs.Support the succession tool by maintaining and enhancing the existing production module.Implement minor changes in collaboration with engineering.Manage communications with the business to elicit and refine requirements.Coordinate upgrades or changes and ensure seamless communication and alignment with the engineering team.Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.Review contracts, cost proposals, and contract supplements.Set up project and work breakdown structures.Establish and document business processes.Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls, and costs against budget.Essential Skills5-7 years of experience in business analysis and stakeholder management.Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting, or a relevant field.Minimum 2-3 years experience with program/project management skills.Minimum 3 years experience with Excel including V-lookups.Minimum 1 year experience with SAP SuccessFactors Succession Module.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Attention to detail and excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage one's time.Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.Additional Skills & QualificationsSAP certification is a plus.Experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.Ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work.Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.Work Environment
This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and the ability to work from any location. The role involves a standard Monday to Friday schedule with potential meetings with the India team. Equipment such as a PC will be provided by the supplier.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $43.00/hr.
