Description Nous recherchons un Analyste d’Affaires dont le principal objectif sera de travailler sur le système de planification et les projets liés à la planification (planification financière des marchandises, planification de l’assortiment et des articles). Le rôle de l’analyste consistera à comprendre la vision commerciale de la planification et à collaborer avec les parties prenantes pour développer et mettre en œuvre une feuille de route innovante d’initiatives. L’analyste d’affaires que nous recherchons possède une solide expérience en planification, ainsi que des connaissances techniques et une bonne compréhension des systèmes de planification. Responsabilités principales ● Contribuer de manière significative à la conception de solutions en matière de systèmes de planification afin d’assurer leur alignement avec les initiatives organisationnelles. ● Fournir des solutions techniques et/ou fonctionnelles pour optimiser les systèmes, les applications et les processus d’affaires. ● Analyser et comprendre les implications techniques en amont et en aval de tout changement proposé afin d’évaluer avec précision les impacts sur les systèmes. ● Participer à la définition et à l’exécution de la mise en œuvre technique des spécifications conçues. ● Analyser les besoins des départements en matière d’applications de planification et établir des solutions appropriées. ● Être responsable de la résolution des incidents et de l’amélioration continue du portefeuille d’applications. ● Participer activement à la définition des stratégies et scénarios de test pour soutenir l’exécution des tests avec l’équipe QA et les parties prenantes. ● Résoudre les problèmes techniques et collaborer avec le support tiers pour assurer une résolution rapide et efficace. Description We are looking for a Business Analyst whose main focus will be to work on Planning System and projects relating to Planning (Merchandise Financial planning, Assortment and Item planning). The BA’s role will consist in understanding the planning business vision and working together with stakeholders in developing and implementing an innovative roadmap of initiatives. The Business Analyst we are looking for has a strong planning knowledge coupled with technical knowledge and understanding of planning systems. Key Responsibilities ● Key contributor to solution design with regard to planning systems to ensure alignment with organizational initiatives. ● Provide technical and/or functional solutions for optimization for systems, applications and business processes. ● Analyze and understand the upstream and downstream technical implications of any changes being proposed in order to accurately assess impacts to systems. ● Participate in the definition and execution of technical implementation of designed specifications. ● Analyze departmental needs in regards to planning applications and establish appropriate solutions. ● Responsible for the incident resolution and continuous improvement of the application portfolio. ● Actively participate in the definition of test strategies and scenarios to support test execution with the QA team and business stakeholders. ● Troubleshoot any technical issues and work with 3rd party support to ensure timely and efficient resolution.
