Job Description Insight Global is seeking to bring on a skilled Business Analyst to join our clients Global Analytics and Business Intelligence Team. The Analyst is responsible for the ongoing support and enhancement of the company's Risk and Compliance Technology (ServiceNow IRM and Archer IRM) under the guidance of the GRC Technology Enablement management and Program Owners. Responsibilities include the development of requirements in collaboration with the business, managing them through SDLC process, and working closely with the development team. This role will perform testing of stories and bring results back to the business. You will document and recreate any possible defects identified through testing or in production.
